All VacoBuilt projects are completed by top Technologists. We also spotlight fellows with less than 5 years industry experience, such as recent graduates or those in career transition. Our fellows are fully immersed, gain real experience and have our senior team "at the hip".

PROJECT IMMERSION: Our team of senior talent and one fellow builds a foundation of  processes, frameworks, systems deliveries, and more.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: In addition to working with you, fellows are fully immersed in the tech scene including training, certification opportunities and networking.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT: At project completion, you have the opportunity to convert our fellow to a full-time employee. Knowing details of the project, they’ll be able to support change management at your organization.
